Office Hours & Session Fees
Office Hours: Tuesday - Friday : By Appointment
Session Fees:
Sessions are normally of one hour durations but can go over that time when necessary.
- The Individual or Couple fee is $150.00 per session.
- The Children with Mom and/or Dad is $150.00 and the fee for Seniors is $135.00 per session.
- The Family Mediation fee is $ 300.00 per session. For disputes such as Visitation and Custody arrangements . It is customary for each party to pay one half of the fee.
- Phone consults of one half hour are $75.00
- Individual Intensives (2 and a half days) are $2, 000.00
- All fees are due in cash or check at the time of appointment
I do not accept insurance due to the necessity of sharing personal information about our work together. If you choose I will give you receipts that you can submit but I must inform you the insurance companies will request personal & sensitive information about you.
By not using insurance our work together is safer for you as an individual in matters of health , life and disability insurance as well as some job opportunities.

conflict resolution & conciliation services
is going to court the only option?
No! Court is not the only option for resolving conflicts. Through the ministry of Christian conciliation, specially trained members of the Christian Legal Society provide biblical, professional, legally binding Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services. All manner of disputes are resolved through Christian conciliation: business, sexual misconduct, contract, family, employment, church, and wrongful death, to name just a few. This rigorous, conciliatory process has been court tested and widely approved by Christian and Non-Christians alike.
Conciliation Fees:
- There is no charge for up to 30 minute telephone or in-office consultation to explain our process and how we may be able to assist you.
- Individual rate for counseling, conflict coaching, and Cooperative Negotiation: $150.00/hr
- Individual rate for a mediation sessions: $150.00/hr per party
- Individual rate for arbitration panel: $250.00/hr per party
- For three or more parties to a mediation process, the rate are capped at $380.00 per hour total with pro rata distribution between them.
- If mediation or arbitration is chosen, there is also a nominal case administration and filing fee to cover written resources provided and initial case administration costs.
your commitment to confidentiality
You must agree not to discuss our communications with people who do not have a necessary interest in the conciliation process in order to protect confidentially and to ensure integrity and fairness . This applies to all oral or written communication by the parties or by the ICC as well as sharing information regarding the case on the internet. In addition, you must agree to treat all dealings with us in regard to your dispute as settlement negotiations, which means they will be inadmissible in a court of law or for legal discovery. Furthermore, you must agree that you will not try to force any conciliator to divulge any information acquired during conciliation or to testify in any legal proceeding related to your dispute.
